Hey all!

Happy chicklet here. I’m am staring down the last 15k of my YA. If all goes well, I should have it to my agent by the end of next week. If my edits go long, well by the beginning of the following. Not too bad. Only two weeks behind my self imposed schedule, and cosidering the massive distractions of late, I’m pretty damn happy! So, once it’s done, I’ll post a blurb. Cause right now, I don’t have one!

In other news, thank you to all who commented on my post at The Bradford Bunch. You can see it HERE. I had a lot of great feedback on likes and dislikes when it comes to covers. And I guess I’m still as confused to what works and what doesn’t because like everything else in this business…it’s totally subjective! I hope to have my thoughts and ideas to my editor by Monday! Wish me luck!

Amazing books and a great read for anyone who’s into YA.

So, it’s Friday. The sun is shining. I plan on writing my 3k and then need to do some office work before the tax people arrest me! I hope you all have a great and productive weekend.

I also have my reward for when I finish my book. City of Glass awaits, and I also have two historicals I plan on reading. One is a book edited by my lovely editor, Esi Sogah and the other is another fellow Avon historical author. I’ll let you know how these books fare in a few weeks.
