Hey all! Hope you’re enjoying the wonderful Fall day that we are here. I’m loving this time of year and I suppose some people look on it as the end of summer, but I think of fall as the beginning of my favorite time of the year. And these days, I’m all about beginnings.
I’m uber excited about the release of OFFSIDE, the first book in my contemporary romance series, The Baker Triplets. Writing contemporary romance has been an absolute joy and in addition to my paranormal romance series, The League of Guardians, I’m lucky to be writing two contemporary romance series, The Barker Triplets and the Bad Boys of Crystal Lake.
As you can tell, this is keeping me very busy but I like it that way! It also means I have a lot of books releasing in the next few months and I thought I’d take a bit to talk about them!
Firstly, OFFSIDE will be available for download, Tuesday, October 2nd. The idea for this book was planted a few years ago, when, in the small town that I live in, two women decided to play hockey in a new ‘men’s league’. At the time, even though it was understood the league was men’s, in the signup sheet, there was no literature that actually defined it as a men’s league. So, the ladies signed up, there were some hard feelings, but they prevailed and kicked some ass! Of course, the literature was changed the following year and though these ladies continue to play in the league, it’s now officially, a ‘men’s league.’
However the idea was planted and the first book in my Barker Triplets series features a female hockey phenom, who returns to her small town, unable to play professional hockey in Europe anymore and she decides to play in the local men’s hockey league. BUT this is a romance, so of course in addition to the drama that ensues she finds love!

I also have the second novella in my LEAGUE OF GUARDIANS series, To Hell and Back, releasing Tuesday, October 30th. This book continues Logan and Kira’s story, which started in Wrong Side of Hell.
